Refund Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

You never pay for work you haven't approved. Every project starts with a free sample clip — you hear the result before spending anything. Only after you explicitly approve the sample and the quoted price does payment proceed.

Free Sample (Pre-Payment)

Before any payment is taken, we process a representative sample of your audio (typically 30–60 seconds) at no charge. If the sample does not meet your expectations, you are under no obligation to proceed. Simply decline the sample — no questions asked, no charge.

Post-Payment Refunds

Once you have approved the sample and paid for the full project, refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Delivery failure

    If we fail to deliver the completed audio within the agreed timeframe with no communication, a full refund is issued automatically.

  • Material deviation from agreed scope

    If the delivered audio materially fails to address the restoration issues identified in the approved sample — for example, noise that was clearly removed in the sample is still present in the delivered file — you are eligible for a full refund or a free re-delivery.

  • Technical error

    If the delivered file is corrupted, unplayable, or the wrong file, we will re-deliver immediately. If re-delivery is not possible within 24 hours, a full refund is issued.

Refund Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, in accordance with Paddle's payment processing timelines.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Change of mind after approving an accurately delivered restoration (the free sample exists precisely to prevent this situation)
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
  • Dissatisfaction due to limitations of severely damaged source material that were disclosed to you before payment

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@wefixsound.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days. You can also use the messaging thread on your order page in the app.
