Terms of Service

1. Overview

WefixSound ("we", "our", "us") provides professional audio restoration services via wefixsound.com and app.wefixsound.com (the "Platform"). By registering an account or submitting audio for restoration, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

WefixSound offers human-performed audio restoration including, but not limited to: noise removal, voice clarity enhancement, vinyl and tape restoration, podcast cleanup, film audio restoration, and archive digitization.

Each project begins with a free sample: we process a short representative clip (typically 30–60 seconds) at no charge. You pay only after approving the sample and the quoted price for the full project.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Payments

Payment is processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and VAT compliance. By approving a quote and proceeding to checkout, you authorise the charge of the quoted amount.

All prices shown are in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Our refund policy is described in detail on our Refund Policy page. In summary: you never pay unless you have approved a sample. Once payment is made for a full project, refunds are available within 7 days if the delivered file materially fails to meet the agreed restoration scope. 6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

You retain all intellectual property rights to audio files you submit. By submitting files, you grant WefixSound a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your audio solely for the purpose of providing the restoration service.

We will not share, sell, distribute, or use your audio files for any purpose other than completing your order. Files are deleted from our servers upon request or after 90 days following order completion, whichever comes first.

7. Prohibited Content

You must not submit audio that:

• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal content under applicable law
• Is intended for use in fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activity
• You do not have the right to reproduce or distribute

8. Limitation of Liability

WefixSound's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or the competent courts in the jurisdiction of WefixSound's registered business location.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
